I want to be in the class this year to challange myself and become more competative my senior year for colleges. I want to be able to work hard again, after tremendously slacking off my junior year. I already have slacked off based upon when this entry was posted but I have had some difficulty getting the video to actually load. I am excited to learn new things and grow in my not so vast knowledge of literature. I am nervous about the work load, because some of my other classes may have alot of work as well. Though I am not fully intimidated by it. My goal for this course is to try my absolute best in and out of the classroom. I want to be more involved in class disscussions or in regular lectures. But trying my best is key for me. I expect my knowlege and thinking to improve in the field of being able to retain things better. For me seems like the more I practice retaining information, vocabulary, etc. I am more able to remember things of similar characteristics the following time that they are presented to me.
Not really into the whole blogging thing, huh? I've just been listening to a lot of things on here, from Preston's classes, and it's pretty overwhelming and intimidating. Maybe you have posts somewhere else? If not, then write a few! Forget the topic even, and just ramble. It's a chance to express yourself a lot more fully, than on Facebook. (I think. I wouldn't really know since I'm banned from FB. Read my blog! lol!) Good luck!
